When Will
Construction
Start?

Construction of the resort is set to begin in mid-2024, with the first luxury townhomes ready for move-in by mid-2025. We also expect the amenities and the resort hotel to be completed within 24 months after work starts on the townhomes. This luxury resort will be near major red rock formations like Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, but also places like Lake Powell and Coral Pink Sand Dunes.
